Boutique Hotel Project

Location is Basmane / Izmir. Existed building has historical potential with both interior and exterior facades with it's context. The concept is integration of history and contemporary.The existed building also integrated a new extension area which created with contrast colors and materials (orange/concrete).Historical walls keep to soul of building.Therefore,I didn't want to remove them.Making basic redesign of old furniture which is "sedir" and keep it simple and natural.Retransformation of old Turkish touches can seen three guest rooms and bar.The restaurant has dynamic and new potential unlike to whole building, becouse of the philosophy behind to creation of extension structures.
